1). OS Agreement:
You hearby agree that you shall use the os you chose for the device its made for ONLY, You Shall NOT modify or alter the os in any matter of form unless modifying it after install but NOT the installer. Do not Steal or take any files from the OS or The OS's Installer to bake in your ROM/OS.
2). Services/Maintainance Agreement:
You hearby agree that services provided for each individual device shall NOT be transferred or used in other none GamerROM™ OS, ROM's including services that can be removed in future updates, as well you agree that Cyberdev Development Inc® can discontinue servers that some services rely to operate, even services that provide media or other kinds of services via third party. You also agree to optionally update the os by checking manually updates via the GR OS Official Website. DO NOT grab a unofficial GR OS Rom unless coming from this site., Do Not Abuse the servers or Website in amy way that prevemts users or YOU to access the site, federal laws are in place to protect everyone.
3). Device Warranty/Damages Agreement:
You hearby agreeing that Cyberdev Development Inc® isn't responsible for damages that voids your devices warranty, Functionality etc. You are fully held responsible for damages or warranty Damages/Voids that ouccurs by using our OS.
4). Website Services Agreement:
You hearby agree that Cyberdev Development Inc® provides services on our websites, including services such as our forums,our online apps, GR Blog and more but limited to it's third party applications. Do not reply to blog posts or post a review in anykind of inappropriate forms of act such as cyberbullying, hate crimes, etc. You will recive a punishment from deletion of account or restricted access from the site depending on situation.
5). Privacy Agreement:
You hearby agree that you give Cyberdev Development Inc®permission to use gather personnal Data including Recived data such as place of location, OS Info, Bug Reports, etc to ensure best experience in our users, and protect your personnal info secret, but allowing Third Party Apps/Company/Services to use the info for marketing purposes ONLY.
